I’m a long-time resident of Yarra Glen and live on a bit of acreage surrounded by my veggie garden, chooks and stunning views of the Yarra Valley. After years in business administration I decided I needed a change and as I watched the people around me struggling in their everyday lives, I realised I wanted to pursue a helping profession and facilitate positive change for individuals and families. I believe everyone has the potential to overcome challenges and reach their goals and as a counsellor I want to see people become their best selves, enjoy healthy relationships and live happy and fulfilling lives. I offer a compassionate, person-centred, collaborative style of counselling where I work with my clients to develop opportunities for self-reflection, the building of strengths and to find strategies for change and growth. I draw on a wide range of therapies and therapeutic tools with the aim of addressing each individual’s unique situation.
