Employee Assistance Program
Providing businesses with a cost-effective program for supporting their employees through everyday challenges.
Invest in your employees’ wellbeing and reap the benefits
Statistics tell us that 25% of workers take time off each year for stress-related reasons* costing Australian businesses billions in lost productivity.
For some people, the cost and stigma of seeking mental health services are a barrier to their recovery but by investing in an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) you are offering your employees a way to proactively access support for the management of personal and work-related problems. You’ll also be opening up the conversation around mental health and creating a workplace culture of care and acceptance.
Employees who are happy in their personal and work environments take less personal leave and are more productive and engaged.
